Albert began his career with the FN Herstal Group (Defense, Sports, Aerospace). In particular, he introduced the value analysis method at the head office and in the French and Portuguese subsidiaries, then, after reorganization missions for subsidiaries and management control of major R&D projects, he finished as Head of Quality Development for the aerospace factory FN Motors (now Safran Aero Boosters).
He then started a consulting activity with long-term assignments: Technical Director at Spiralux Europe (advertising and lighting signage), Total Quality Manager at Zexel-Gleason Europe (automotive, subsidiary of the Japanese group Zexel). This consulting activity continued with diversified missions to Belgian (Alstom Belgium, Cockerill Maintenance et Ingénierie, SNCB, ...) and French (Spie batignolles, Arcadis, Egis, Michelin, Aubrilam, ...) companies.
